Clicking on "New event" opens the following window:

By filling in the various fields you can create a new event that will subsequently be viewable in the calendar.

First insert the date of the appointment in the field "(dd/MM/yyyy) day" (start date), or directly by filling the field by typing it (dd = day 2 digits; MM = month 2 digits; yyyy = year 4-digit, e.g. 01 01 2009), or by clicking on the icon {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/seldate.PNG"/>}}:

So you can select the date from the calendar, clicking on the desired day directly. To change click on {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/monthprev.PNG"/>}} month (previous month) or {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/monthnext.PNG"/>}} (next month). To close the window click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/X orange.PNG"/>}}.

Under the heading "event for" indicate who is the event. You can select only users that have enabled the user to make changes to its agenda ([Account management|Account management]).

Fill in the field ".", by directly typing time or by clicking the relevant icons {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/timeup.PNG"/>}} and {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/timedown.PNG"/>}} to increment or decrement (respectively) time.

In the field "Event"type the title of the event, the field"notes" is free, can compile it as you prefer.

Where an event takes place in multiple days you can manage occurrences automatically by selecting the box "Applicant". You can define start and end of the period repeats the event, mode, and the frequency of occurrence, and if they are to exclude holidays, filling in a timely manner its fields.

At the end of the creation of the click the {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SALVA.PNG"/>}} button to confirm event.
